- Preparing Coupa RR PO file, track the POs and verify correctness
- Maintain Direct to Business process
- Invoice issuing
- Query resolution support, contacting vendors and cooperation with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Cooperation with extended team in Gurugram and Warsaw Central Team
- Creating POs based on POR if needed
- Verifying correctness of POR if needed
- Preparing and posting journals
- Support month end close process
- Good English - min. B2 level
- Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems
- Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
- Familiarity with E1(JDE) and People Soft financial systems is advantageous
- Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be much appreciated
