Opis stanowiska

• Work with and advise sales management to have stocks checks as per agreed schedule
• Reconcile stock counts and identified gaps within agreed timelines
• Work with customer on invoicing or stock related issues linked to consignment and ad-hoc lenses
• Work with sales management to close out issues linked to counts and close reconciliations
• Organise returns of any unused/ surplus consignment IOLS
• Plan and attend regular meetings with sales team to discuss outstanding ad-hoc invoicing and consignment counts
• Run regular reports to show progress on reconciliations by account and invoice impact
• Working with commercial colleagues on contracts for consignment in place in an accessible place for reviewing & checking consignments
• Run and distribute regular status reports on consignment checks, consignment aging, consignment expiry, consignment usage

Wymagania

• Ability to communicate proficiently in English
• Advanced system skills, experience in an ERP system
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Access, Powerpoint)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail & accuracy

Nice to have:

• Ability to communicate proficiently in French or Dutch
• Knowledge of the ophthalmic industry or the medical device industry is an asset.
• Experience in Customer Service or consignment and inventory management would be an advantage
