- Define CEE Expert Transformation Strategy and key focus areas that will enable expert marketing to drive acceleration of expert advocacy for Haleon priority brands.
- Define expert activities impact on brands performance in markets.
- Define and drive implementation of in markets of right Expert KPIs/ Measurements that focus teams on the activities influencing Experts advocacy for our categories and brands
- Understand expert environment across priority CEE countries. Drive continuous knowledge gathering across categories and countries. Make sure LOC and BU team is highly capable and understands key growth drivers of expert recommendation.
- Work closely with global Expert Marketing organization to understand global Expert Mkt Haleon priorities, key opportunities and best practices. Drive thoughtful implementation across CEE.
- Influence key senior stakeholders – CEE Leadership Team members, as well as Local Leadership Team member to enable proper resources allocation to drive transformation and acceleration of Expert Marketing across LOCs.
- Work with local Expert Leads, allowing proper priorities setting and enabling organization to deliver Expert Transformation.
- Create targeted campaigns aimed at HCPs, where necessary tap into local/ global/ agency resources to support those tasks
- Increase HCP reach in line with categories/ brands strategies.
- Make sure thought leadership content is delivered (globally or locally developed) to establish credence & attract HCPs. Influence key stakeholders to deliver this.
- Define visit targets & incentives. Work with Local Expert Leads and GMs to set right KPIs and incentives for sales force to deliver Expert Advocacy.
- Track field sales performance, analyse and propose corrective measures to constantly improve.

- At least 12-15 years' experience in FMCG/OTC marketing and sales. Expert Marketing and Effectiveness Manager combines strong marketing experience with field force management

About the role
The purpose of this role is to drive strategic expert transformation with end to end expert activities effectiveness continuous assessment. This role combines strategy set up, content management and governance of effectiveness of expert marketing efforts across CEE. This means the role brings both marketing and sales effectiveness requirements. Key transformation pillars include understanding external environment to shape strategy, influencing key senior stakeholders (level of BU Leadership Team and above) and enable local teams to ensure brilliant execution proposing right measurement.
