- Provide functional expertise for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
- Make functional recommendations for enhancements and improvements with SAP SuccessFactors applications.
- Check data / inconsistencies in launched forms for current semester.
- Perform pre-defined controls during the campaign.
- Update of C&B table for VP
- Release salary review statements
- Release BSC statements upon request from Sofia SSC
- Create all tickets when Global IT action is required.
- Run reports for the Global C&B team as per the agreed frequency.
- Build reports for Global People Performance Management as needed.
- Provide quarterly analysis of trends, issues, etc.
- Answer queries related to Performance, Compensation and Bonus Management
- Expertise in SAP HR (no other SAP Modules)
- Basic Know How in SAP Time Management and reporting.
- Knowledge in payroll basics (wage type reporting, single employee payroll simulation)
- Expertise in reporting & controlling activities (SAP Queries in SQ01)
- Know how in Excel (Power Query)
- Understanding of the complexity of organization structure-> Organizational Management in HR Tools & Interfaces (Employee Central, SAP)
- Basic Knowledge in SAP Customizing requirements, e.g., statistics and reports for public authorities.
- Very good communication skill
- Good German language skills
