- Process legal vehicle billing for Citibank Europe PLC , including systematic and non-systematic allocations.
- Issue invoices and process credit notes in the financial subledger.
- Reconcile financial systems.
- Collaborate with business on monthly charge calculations.
- Handle manual invoice calculation for Citi Entities.
- Participate in finance initiatives and projects, including e-invoicing.
- Assist with closing books, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Identify and resolve finance-related issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance environment, especially accounting.
- Knowledge of Polish Accounting rules is a must.
- Strong Excel skills is essential and hands-on experience with complex spreadsheets is a must.
- Understanding of financial markets, banking products, and International Financial Reporting Standards
- Experience with financial and regulatory reporting a plus.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as KNIME and/or Tableau would be a bonus.
- Clear and concise English communication skills.
- Proactive, helpful, and problem-solving attitude.
