Opis

We represent a team delivering Finance & HR & Payroll services to our customer for over 10 years. We are looking for skilled specialists to manage our team and create experiences that keep the highest level of customer satisfaction. As an HR & Payroll Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing people and building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing and resolving service delivery concerns.

Your role

• End-to-end ownership of the process and team performance (team of 15+)
• Occasionally support the team in the daily operations
• Supervising performance metrics measurement, escalation, change management, and communication.
• Key point of contact for customer-related activities.
• Coaching and monitoring the team and providing continuous feedback.
• Identify and run initiatives that aim to increase motivation level in the teams
• Goal setting and performance appraisal for the Team.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous process improvements.
• Supervising workloads and dynamic respond to the resource changes.
• Leading calls and projects (CR) in cooperation with Business Solutions and APPS team
• Day-to-day collaboration with Operations Manager and other Supervisors
• Prepare and participate in client's and management visits

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in leading teams in SSC or BPO environment
• Strong orientation on customer
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
• Good leadership, client management and communication skills
• Strong understanding of the HR & Payroll services is preferred
• Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting SLA commitments and a "can do" attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good English and good German
