- Zarządzanie bazą wiedzy działu na Confluence;
- Udział w projektach usprawniających procesy w dziale i monitorowanie postępów zdefiniowanych akcji;
- Organizacja wyjść integracyjnych zespołów;
- Współpraca z innymi działami firmy;
- Wsparcie dyrektora działu w innych zadaniach związanych z prowadzeniem i rozwojem działalności departamentu.
- Dział Software Development składa się z ponad 60 programistów, testerów, analityków, architektów i devopsów, podzielonych na mniejsze zespoły (do 10 osób) dedykowane do rozwijania konkretnych komponentów.
- Pracujemy w oparciu o Scrum/Agile, łączymy realizację projektów z budową produktów.
- Korzystamy z narzędzi: Git, Confluence, Jira.
- Wykształcenia wyższego - lub w trakcie studiów;
- Doświadczenia na stanowisku asystenckim;
- Swobodnej komunikacji w języku angielskim (poziom C1);
- Świetnego budowania relacji i zdolności komunikacyjnych;
- Dokładności i skrupulatności;
- Znajomości Jira, Confluence;
- Znajomość pakietu Office;
