- Improving capabilities and tools
- Implementing inner-sourcing practices
- Creating reusable infrastructure components and Golden Paths
- Preferably, a higher education degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Hands-on experience in automation and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Experience with IaC tools such as AWS CDK, Azure Bicep, or Terraform Modules
- Proficient in at least one programming and scripting language, such as Python or TypeScript, and Shell scripting
- Desirable to have an interest in learning Go or Rust for building developer tools
- Designing, developing, and enhancing the organization's Golden Paths for improved developer productivity
- Collaborating with development teams to provide guidance on building scalable, secure software using Golden Paths
- Implementing containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging cloud technologies to evaluate their impact on the platform
- Managing an inner-sourcing platform, including artifact management
- Establishing and promoting inner-source concepts within the organization
- Creating tutorials, documentation, and guidelines for Golden Paths tailored to developers on Mac and Windows platforms
- Experience with IaC, cloud platforms, Python, Kubernetes, and Docker
