    • Inicjowanie testów i prób w porównaniu z wymaganiami klienta i krytycznymi cechami charakterystycznymi
    • Tworzenie i aktualizacja danych produktowych i procesowych w systemie, zapewniając efektywną komunikację z innymi działami
    • Wsparcie rozruchu narzędzi i procesów seryjnych
    • Monitorowanie rentowności poprzez aktualizację kosztów części i podejmowanie działań naprawczych
    • Gromadzenie i wdrażanie wniosków z etapów rozwoju produktu, walidacji i produkcji seryjnej
    • Wsparcie Zespołu Projektowego Produktu we wszystkich ustalonych zadaniach
    • Prowadzenie dokumentacji procesu rozwoju produktu zgodnie z systemem jakości firmy
    • Zapewnienie zgodności z normami jakości, bezpieczeństwa i ochrony środowiska
    • Integracja zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju w projektowaniu produktów i procesów, minimalizując negatywny wpływ na środowisk
    Prowadzenie dokumentacji procesu|Inicjowanie testów i prób
    • Doświadczenie w rozwoju produktów, preferowane w branży motoryzacyjnej
    • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
    • Znajomość metodologii oceny ryzyka, w tym DFMEA
    • Umiejętność czytania i pracy z dokumentacją inżynieryjną, włączając w to wymagania klienta, rysunki, patenty oraz raporty z testów
    • Dogłębna wiedza na temat kluczowych cech materiałów, procesów, projektowania narzędzi i zasad sprawdzianów dla danej linii produktów, a także modeli kalkulacji kosztów
    • Znajomość metod rozwiązywania problemów, takich jak Lean Six Sigma, 8D, PDCA, DOE
    • Umiejętność tworzenia wysokiej jakości dokumentacji technicznej, w tym raportów z prób produkcyjnych i wniosków
    • Znajomość aplikacji komputerowych, w tym oprogramowania do wizualizacji CAD oraz pakietu MS Office
    • Samodzielność i dobra organizacja czasu pracy
    • Praca w międzynarodowym środowisku
