    As Business Services Competency Center we are currently looking for an experienced Architect for People & Culture to support Learning Solutions and People Relations Global Case Management Solution. Join our team working on projects of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and have a real impact on the lives and health.

    Your role
  • Provide strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business (LOB) customers in defining or designing business processes, functions, and organizational structures, as well as using customer requirements in researching, identifying, and internally marketing enabling technologies
  • Assess current state of solutions, defines future state needs, identifies gaps, and recommends new technology solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions with personnel across all disciplines in the company to identify and define requirements
  • Lead solution architecture research, PoCs, PoVs, and feasibility assessment, and facilitate solution application selections
  • Formulate business and logical data and solution architectures comprised of software, network, hardware, and integration designs
  • Conduct impact assessments and mitigation plans
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects on defining long-term architecture vision, integration patterns, and review of a technical portfolio
  • Create and owns the Solution Architecture documentation
  • Develop IT Strategy & Roadmap consistent with the overall strategic needs of the business division
    • Your skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • Over 5 years of professional IT experience in simmilar role
  • Deep expertise & business knowledge in HR and Learning Management Solutions
  • Implementation expertise in major applications such as Cornerstone, ServiceNow, Workday
  • Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g. Cloud, Automation, Data, AI)
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
  • Remains "evergreen" and keeps up-to-date with technology trends and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for one or more technology domains
  • Proven experience in creating architecture designs using a formal architecture framework methodology – TOGAF, Zachman
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large groups
  • Demonstrated ability to frame complex issues and persuade a wide and diverse audience
