- Identify and analyze training request for our hoteliers.
- Lead and ensure training sessions on site or remotely for hotel operational teams.
- Ensure that e-learnings are properly followed up by hoteliers.
- Post-training evaluation of the quality of the service provided, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the activation of iPMS applications and interfaces with central technical teams.
- Regularly measure and analyze hotel guest satisfaction levels.
- Participate in various cross-functional projects within the department.
- Create and update knowledge base.
- You will be required to travel throughout Europe and Northern Africa.
- Knowledge of tools: Accor Distribution tools (Data Web, Resa Web) IPMS (Opera , Opera Cloud , FOLS) Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Operational knowledge of the Accor hotels business.
- Leadership skills.
- Tenacity and commercial sense.
- Analytical skills.
