- Zarządzanie projektami OEM
- Osiągnięcie KPI Projektu w zakresie rentowności, jakości i przygotowania produkcji
- Zabezpieczanie zasobów projektu
- Rozwiązywanie wszystkich problemów projektowych wymagających wszelkiego rodzaju wsparcia
- Sprawdzanie i zatwierdzanie działania Członków Zespołu Projektowego
- Definiowanie i zarządzanie budżetem
- Przygotowanie procesu decyzyjnego dla odpowiedniego komitetu
- Zarządzanie wszystkimi zmianami w projekcie
- Stosowanie metodologii projektowania do kosztów
- Prowadzenie i rozwój wszystkich PTM z zespołu
- Zarządzanie komunikacją z klientami w sprawie postępu rozwoju projektu
- Wyższe wykształcenie z zakresu mechaniki, elektryki i kierunków pokrewnych
- Posiadasz min. 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w uruchamianiu nowych projektów, najlepiej w branży motoryzacyjnej
- Bardzo dobrą znajomością języka angielskiego pozwalającą na swobodną komunikację w środowisku międzynarodowym
- Ducha pracy zespołowej, umiejętność radzenia sobie ze stresem, orientacje na klienta.
