- Develop and implement advanced statistical models to address complex business issues related to workforce.
- Perform regression analyses, predictive modeling, and other quantitative techniques to analyze trends and create forecasts.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations and present them in a clear, concise manner to senior management.
- Collaborate with People & Culture leaders and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in our analytical capabilities, recommending and implementing advanced tools and methodologies.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in HR analytics/people analytics.
- Expertise in statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and familiarity with SQL and Power BI.
- Proven ability to apply advanced statistical methods, particularly regression modeling and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information into digestible and actionable insights.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do
At People Services, which is part of Group People & Culture, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.
In the People Analytics team, you will work on enabling insights and recommendations from workforce data and lead the People & Culture shift towards becoming a fully data-driven function. Every day, we collaborate with representatives from all businesses in the Volvo Group and with People & Culture leaders.

We are a team of over 10 people analytics and HR reporting professionals. We deliver timely insights about the workforce, respond to enterprise requirements for insights, support People & Culture professionals in learning data literacy, and constantly work on improving people analytics foundations to maximize the value created.
