    Opis

    Manager PMO

    Zakres obowiązków:

    • Koordynacja pracy zespołu Project Managerów i konsultantów wdrażających MS Dynamics.
    • Monitorowanie postępu projektów, identyfikacja potencjalnych opóźnień i ryzyk.
    • Koordynacja działań między zespołami projektowymi (PM, developerzy D365, konsultanci D365) oraz zapewnienie efektywnej współpracy.
    • Utrzymywanie aktualnej dokumentacji projektowej i raportowanie postępów.
    • Tworzenie harmonogramów projektowych i ich regularne aktualizowanie.
    • Zarządzanie zasobami projektowymi, w tym ludźmi, czasem i budżetem.
    • Organizacja i przewodzenie spotkaniom projektowym oraz sporządzanie protokołów.
    • Rozwiązywanie problemów i wyzwań związanych z realizacją projektów.
    • Zapewnienie spójności i klarowności komunikacji wewnętrznej i z klientami.

    Wymagania:

    • Min. 4-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami informatycznymi
    • Doświadczenie we wdrożeniach systemów klasy ERP
    • Doświadczenie programistyczne lub analityczne, szczególnie w obszarze MS Dynamics 365 - mile widziane
    • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne.
    • Umiejętność zarządzania portfelem projektów i monitorowania wskaźników.
    • Znajomość standardów i narzędzi wsparcia projektów.
    • Umiejętność przeprowadzania analiz biznesowych oraz czytelnego raportowania i prezentowania wyników.
    • Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne.
    • Biegła znajomość j. angielskiego (C1).

    • Doświadczenie w obszarze finansów.
