- Contribute to the design and implementation of targeted change and strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure.
- Stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, training, and organizational readiness.
- Drive day-to-day change management activities in the region by defining new ways of working.
- Develop project delivery strategies to deliver complex solutions.
- Lead/facilitate requirements discussions with key cross functional, regional, and other workstream project team members.
- Works with CF Account teams, other JLL corporate departments and leadership to determine the scope and future state for assigned work stream and ensures integration across other work streams. Works effectively with identified stakeholders to design and implement future state processes, operating models, technology, and data enablement solutions.
- Drive EMEA CF Transformation Agenda to ensure highly effective communications regarding business readiness and change management. Communicates regularly to key stakeholders in a variety of forums (leadership events, governance meetings, town halls, etc.). Socializes recommendations and/or requests for information/support to an appropriately broad audience throughout JLL.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Ensures timelines are adhered to for initiatives by keeping executives aware of any red flags concerning the timing or integration process.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or business administration; master's degree is preferred.
- Ability to make tough decisions.
- Working knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change, communication and training needs.
- Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish.
- Proven track record in creating win-win scenarios by building relationships, persuading, and influencing, gaining buy-in from stakeholders with diverse objectives and perspectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.
- Excellent judgment and ability to analyse and resolve issues.
- Ability to function in a fast paced, somewhat ambiguous environment, balancing numerous activities simultaneously.

Role Purpose
JLL EMEA Client Finance is currently seeking Client Finance Transformation leader to drive a complex, large-scale set of requirements into our technology platform and our Client Finance Operations. The multi-year transformation will result in a new Client Finance Operating model. This role is specifically focusing on our Finance Systems discipline operating model, processes and enabling technology to promote scalability and align with refreshed strategic priorities.
The role requires working collaboratively with a team and utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational process and system changes to align with a new operating model. It will include designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and solutions, and measuring the effectiveness to ensure financial and operational success.
This role will focus on the identification and delivery of financial reporting that we need to manage and run in the new target operating model as well as build effective governance around it.
