Senior Network Engineer - Rzeszów

Opis pracy
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer who will join a project carried out in cooperation with a client from the Retail sector.
The project includes a full modernization of the infrastructure environment, work with network and system technologies, and a real impact on the development of IT infrastructure in the organization.
The role requires hybrid work (2-3 days in the client's office per week) and several delegations related to overseeing implementations of the new infrastructure in locations in Poland.
Participation in the modernization and development of network infrastructure based on Cisco Meraki and Zscaler
Administration and standardization of Linux servers, ultimately based on CentOS/RedHat
Supervision over the implementation of new infrastructure in the client's locations in Poland
Cooperation with the team within the IT Operations Competence Center
Participation in project work related to the replacement of the entire technology stack
Requirements
Very good knowledge of network infrastructure, in particular Cisco
Ability to administer Linux systems, preferably CentOS/RedHat
Experience in working with server infrastructure and enterprise environments
Knowledge of the Windows environment at the administrative level (endpoint management)
Readiness for occasional business trips
Ability to work in a team
Preferably experience in large, corporate projects
Proficiency in English
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
Nice to have
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project environments
Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in an international or global organization
Higher education in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science or related)
