- Execute pre-assigned tasks related to SharePoint administration, focusing on both operational and project-based duties
- Collaborate effectively with team members, particularly in project delivery
- Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, including Problem Management, Change Management, and Incident Resolution
- Demonstrate initiative within acceptable risk parameters
- Proactively minimize operational failures and fraud risks by implementing adequate controls
- Promptly escalate issues to management or Permanent Control (or Compliance) when necessary Your skills
- Proficiency in IT Production skills, including ITIL, and Agile principles (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Strong expertise in SharePoint 2016 administration, encompassing PowerShell usage for troubleshooting and maintenance, BI integration, and SharePoint Apps
- Familiarity with other Microsoft tools such as Windows Server (2016, 2019), IIS, Active Directory, and Office Web Applications
- Knowledge of security practices, including vulnerability management, hardening, web access firewall requirements, and DMZ architecture
- Technical proficiency in SSL Certificate Management, web authentication methods (Kerberos, SAML), and monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Familiarity with infrastructure standards for servers, networks, and storage
