Job summary
Poszukujemy osoby do kompleksowej obsługi procesów HR w zespole kilkuosobowym pracującym dla blisko 400-osobowego zakładu produkcyjnego należącego do międzynarodowego koncernu USI Global.W zakresie zadań znajdują się m.in.: realizacja procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz prowadzenie onboardingu nowych pracowników,
współpraca z kierownikami liniowymi oraz instytucjami zewnętrznymi,
organizacja i koordynacja szkoleń, przygotowywanie działu do audytów i inne.,
