    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Leading end to end (Planning, budgeting, negotiating, organizing, supervision and execution) of real estate projects,
  • Close cooperation with Procurement (preparation of inquiries, tender evaluations, and preparation of contracts),
  • Cooperation with local authorities on permits,
  • Liaising with Business stakeholders on initiation, planning, and execution of projects,
  • Cooperation with internal team members, as well as external consultants,
  • Securing full compliance with Danfoss ethical and technical standards,
  • Business travels to verify the progress of local projects.

    We would like to see that you have a degree in the Civil, HVAC or Electrical engineering education. Additionally, it would be great if you have the following skills, knowledge, and certifications:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English,
  • Relevant experience around 5-8 years on similar position,
  • Experience in facility management and related capex projects in industrial/manufacturing real estate. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and international environment.
  • Fluency in MS Office, MS Project,
  • Ability to use SAP, AutoCAD (preferred, not mandatory),
  • PMP certification,
  • High level of presentation and negotiation skills.
  • This position relates to often business travels within Europe (mainly Eastern and Central Europe), approximately 4-6 days per month.
