Nasze wymagania:
- Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w samodzielnym zarządzaniu nieruchomościami komercyjnymi (mile widziane doświadczenie w nieruchomościach biurowych);
- Doświadczenie w organizowaniu przetargów na serwisy podwykonawcze;
