SoftServe's Research & Development (R&D) organization is a global collective of engineers, technologists, and product innovators transforming emerging technologies into real-world solutions.

We are a deep-tech R&D team of SoftServe that applies expertise in advanced AI and high-performance computing, hardware acceleration, life science, quantum computing, human-computer interaction, and technology commercialization to cross-disciplinary research. We create deep technologies both in-house and as a service for world-leading R&D customers, run multiple technology and academic partnerships, and expose our research at global events and conferences.

IF YOU ARE

Holding 4+ years in marketing and/or communications
Experienced in using generative AI tools to create diverse types of content
Proactive in exploring and integrating new tools into daily workflows
Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, SharePoint or similar intranet platforms
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple requests, and meeting tight deadlines
Curious about the latest technologies, having strong enthusiasm for technology, and a desire to understand it in depth
Proficient in business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

Produce and maintain marketing assets (pitch decks, one-pagers) for R&D services and products to support the sales organization
Prepare content drafts for services and products in collaboration with the Global Marketing team and R&D SMEs
Enhance client presentations and other materials in alignment with SoftServe branding
Create and publish regular updates on internal social channels to highlight R&D initiatives
Cooperate with the HR Marketing and engineering teams to develop SME thought-leadership content for talent-development purposes
Maintain a transparent request-management process and provide status updates to key stakeholders
Assist in planning and promoting R&D-focused events (hackathons, workshops, showcases, webinars)
Coordinate logistics, prepare agendas, and develop promotional assets
