As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind the visual design of our brand across various platforms. Your role involves crafting visually compelling and strategically aligned designs for digital, print, and social media. Collaborating closely with our marketing and creative teams, you'll bring design concepts to life, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and amplify our brand messaging. Your work will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual narrative.

Job requirements

How will your daily work look like?

• Designing graphics for brands, providing creative concepts, conducting photoshoots, and art direction that align with our brand standards and messaging goals
• Developing graphics for our clients, internal initiatives, and digital products
• Collaborating closely with the production team to ensure consistency and quality in all graphic and content outputs
• Creating visuals for case studies
• Effectively managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and project requirements
• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• 6+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc
• Experience in brand identity design.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and awareness of prevailing trends.
• Extreme attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (B2+ level)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude; you solve problems and figure things out
• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects

Nice to Haves

• Experience in illustration/motion design would be an additional asset
