    Smith+Nephew is hiring Administrative Assistant.

    Serving as an Administrative Assistant, you will oversee the smooth operation of the Warsaw office and provide indispensable support to senior management. Collaborating closely with commercial teams, you will strategize and execute marketing initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands. Additionally, you will leverage strong oversight capabilities to optimize office performance and foster a culture of excellence.

    What you will be doing?

  • Serve as an Administrative Assistant, fulfilling receptionist duties and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate the efficient receipt and dispatch of mail, ensuring timely communication.
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication with the office landlord, overseeing office facilities.
  • Monitor and manage the maintenance of office premises, including renovations and construction projects.
  • Supervise regular small repairs and cleaning tasks to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and functionality, while also coordinating corporate events and managing senior managers' travels.

    • What will you need to be successful?

  • Degree-level qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in assistant positions or office management, with additional experience in event organization seen as advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Possess impeccable organizational skills, essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show proactive initiative and the ability to work independently, while also demonstrating leadership potential for standalone projects.
