- Build, deploy and maintain scalable and reliable analytics solutions
- Design and manage the infrastructure for data processing and analysis
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Document and communicate data engineering processes
- Ensure data availability, integrity, security, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate on implementing data governance policies and standards
- Participate in internal Vattenfall IT processes and community meetings
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Databricks
- Proficiency in C# and SQL development
- Knowledge of Python, Apache Spark, and PySpark
- Experience with GIT and CI/CD
- Expertise in designing and building ETL tracks and maintaining APIs
- Familiarity with Data warehousing & Data modeling concepts
- Excel in communication, especially in English
- Have worked in an agile environment
- Are collaborative, approachable, and open to new perspectives

Job DescriptionWe are a virtual international team of data engineers, analysts and scientists working on various data projects supporting one of the Vattenfall's fastest growing Business Units – Distribution Sweden. The majority of this Analytics Hub comprises data engineers with various backgrounds organized in four scrum teams with four Scrum Masters and one Product Owner. By joining us, you'll be part of one of the DevOps teams developing and maintaining solutions based on Microsoft Azure technology stack. Additionally, you'll collaborate with experts from other IT departments to build, maintain and optimize cutting-edge analytics solutions, and work with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and insights that align with the business goals and objectives.
