- Daily settlement of securities traded by Finish clients on domestic and global markets;
- Investigating, amending and matching transactions that have not settled automatically;
- Reconciling both cash and securities discrepancies to make sure everything has been executed and booked correctly;
- Cooperating with brokers on daily basis
- Supporting internal stakeholders regarding securities settlement queries (second line in customer service model);
- Taking part in various projects (implementing both banking legislation and process changes)
- Analytical and strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, clear and concise communication skills
- Pro-active approach to ensure that risk issues (both current and emerging) are escalated promptly to managers
- Work experience preferably within the area of securities or finance environment
- Your experience and background:
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Finance, economics or mathematics related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset.

Welcome to Securities Settlement FI&NO team. We add value by providing global custody services on all major financial markets including settlement, clearing and safekeeping of domestic and foreign securities for Finish and Norwegian customers. As Service Operations Officer you'll play a valuable role by close cooperation with custodians and brokers to provide the best service to our clients.
