    ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Managing payroll processing team, including day-to-day payroll deliverables, the integrity of ADP IHCM2 payroll system, time and attendance modules and coordination with Workday HR team.
  • Assist with managing the UK and Irish payrolls including scheduling payrolls, working with vendors to resolve issues, and maintaining system and payroll statistics for compliance.
  • Resolve escalated and complex issues that arise daily in inboxes and ticketing system.
  • Create, run and review certain payroll reports in search for exceptions prior to processing.
  • Responsible for continuous process improvement by identifying payroll vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement and operating efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain work relationships with internal partners, specifically those in other HR disciplines and Finance.
  • Collaborate to research employee issues and provide timely and accurate payroll-related data requests to appropriate partners.
  • Assist with compliance matters, such as timely regulatory filings related to wage laws, ADP policies and procedures.
  • Responsibility for payments relating to payroll, their set up and accountability.
  • Schedule and complete all year-end tasks, P11D, P35 reconciliations, PSA, P42.
  • WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of payroll team.
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
  • Decision are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager.
  • Accountable for the results of medium-sized routine support or production operations teams.
  • Solve problems based on practice and precedent.
  • Train all team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations.
  • WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
  • Strong ADP Experience from within the past 3 years
  • Strong managerial experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • UK experience from end-to-end processing on an in-house payroll
  • Year-end experience, particularly P11D's, P60's
  • Experience of fleet and company car taxation.
  • Pension and benefits knowledge
  • Must be able to appreciate and demonstrate corporate behaviors
