- Be part of a collaborative and experienced engineering team, working cross-functionally with our Head of Engineering, Product Manager, and Design
- Design and implement technical solutions and own them ("You build it, you run it")
- Contribute to the architecture evolution, solving scalability problems and thinking about how to make the system more resilient to errors

- Ensure to prioritize quality by implementing appropriate tests in collaboration with the team
- 6+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer involved in the development of frontend and backend solutions
- Deep practical knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and React
- Experience with NodeJS
- You are a self-learner, highly motivated, and not afraid to pick up new technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You can fluently communicate in English
- You have an interest in the cryptocurrencies/blockchain industry
- Nice to have: Javascript frameworks for backend development

Cense is a B2B SaaS enabling financial institutions to comply with AML and CFT regulation as it relates to crypto, particularly ahead of new regulation (MiCA) in 2024.
CENSE AG sells software to financial institutions to facilitate crypto compliance as it relates to Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, and Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation rules.
MiCA will come into play in July 2024, enforcing stricter compliance in crypto assets within financial institutions in Europe, many of which will be left unprepared.
Our software mitigates an institution's exposure to massive regulatory fines, reduces operational costs, increases operational efficiency and accuracy, and increases dollar inflow to the balance sheet.
