    Przedstawiciel ds. Obsługi Klienta
    Customer Care Representative

    Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:

  • telefoniczna obsługa klienta - obsługa połączeń przychodzących
  • dostarczanie dokładnych informacji i wskazówek naszym klientom za pośrednictwem telefonu, czatu lub poczty elektronicznej
  • doradzanie naszym klientom w zakresie korzystania z usług i narzędzi FedEx
  • pomaganie klientom w rozwiązywaniu bieżących problemów
  • identyfikacja nowych możliwości rozwoju biznesu z naszymi klientami
  • współpraca z innymi zespołami FedEx w celu zapewnienia wyjątkowej obsługi każdego klienta
    • Ważne są dla nas:
  • biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego – zarówno w mowie, jak i w piśmie – poziom min. B2
  • znajomość obsługi komputera i umiejętność łatwego poruszania się między różnymi ekranami i systemami
  • doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • pozytywne nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów w celu znalezienia najlepszego rozwiązania dla klienta
  • zaufanie, empatia i życzliwość, aby zapewnić naszym klientom doskonałe wrażenia
  • elastyczność w dostosowywaniu się do dynamicznego otoczenia biznesowego
