As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling all products within our Capital Markets segment at FIS. Our team is tasked with creating and executing strategies to enhance the implementation of these products. This involves introducing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, Test Driven Delivery, and automating repeatable tasks.

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to think outside the box, challenging traditional implementation methods, and driving innovation and efficiency in our processes. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in programming and a passion for learning and implementing new technologies such as GenAI and ML in general.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the implementation of Capital Market products using automation tools and standardized processes.
• Drive the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and Test Driven Delivery methodologies.
• Challenge traditional methods and introduce innovative solutions to automate repeatable tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in technology like GenAI and ML, and leverage them to optimize our processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the Capital Markets segment.
• Expertise in at least one programming language e.g. Python, C#
• Experience with RPA tools and Test Driven Delivery methodologies is a strong plus.
• Strong passion for learning and implementing new technologies, particularly in GenAI, ML, ChatGPT etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
