- Koordynacja obszaru HR na samodzielnym stanowisku bez podległego zespołu,
- Ścisła współpraca z dyrektorem zarządzającym oraz kadrą managerską,
- Rozwiązywanie spraw związanych z relacjami między pracownikami, w tym rozwiązywanie konfliktów i sytuacji trudnych,
- Administrowanie programami świadczeń pracowniczych i pełnienie roli głównego punktu kontaktowego dla pracowników w przypadku pytań,
- Koordynowanie inicjatyw szkoleniowych i rozwojowych w celu podnoszenia umiejętności i kompetencji pracowników,
- Prowadzenie dokumentacji personalnej i zapewnienie zgodności z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa,
- Koordynacja obszaru rekrutacji oraz onboardingu,
- Współpraca z zewnętrznymi dostawcami,
- Wdrażanie projektów globalnych w obszarze HR we współpracy z zagranicznymi managerami.
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (Koordynator HR, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Starszy Specjalista ds. Personalnych / ds. HR),
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w wewnętrznym dziale HR w firmie produkcyjnej,
- Bardzo dobra znajomość prawa pracy,
- Umiejętność współpracy z biznesem,
- Bardzo dobra znajomość j.angielskiego umożliwiająca pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym (min. B2),
- Dyspozycyjność do wyjazdów służbowych poza Wrocław (2x w miesiącu na 1-2 dni),
- Mile widziana znajomość programu SAP Success factors.
- Zatrudnienie na umowie o pracę w firmie z zagranicznym kapitałem,
- Możliwość wdrażania pomysłów w obszarze HR oraz udział w globalnych projektach,
