    Opis
    Scope of duties:

    This position is helping FP&A Director in managing and improving financial aspects of the division with a potential to grow in the Controller function in the future.

  • Supporting Group Finance team during the month close with variance analysis, completion & quality checks and summary reports
  • Consolidate global divisional input and providing consistent feedback to the Management
  • Maintaining key divisional trackers and provide feedback
  • Support rolling forecasting process and preparation of performance review presentations
  • Support the annual budgeting process and consolidate input from all segments within the Division
  • Produce regular reports and timely feedback as required, demonstrating performance vs. critical KPI's
  • Oversee financial applications development in Qlik and app maintenance process
  • Communicate to all levels of management, providing timely and pertinent feedback
    • What we want:
  • Controlling / Accounting, Business Management, technical degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Able to communicate effectively, with good command of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
  • Business driven mindset
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, Oracle HFM system, SAP R/3 Business Warehouse system. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is additional advantage
  • Analytical and creative approach with the ability to balance long and short term goals
  • Understanding and interpretation of key financial metrics
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness / Teamwork - ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations in different business units and geographies
