- You'll be working on projects linked to product development, product optimization or introduction of new products into production.
- You will closely collaborate with other departments locally as well as in the region.

- Acting as a team member or project leader on VAVE, CI, NPD projects.
- Planning and executing technological trials
- Supervising the production of prototypes and producing product development documentations according to PPAP standards.
- Researching and developing new testing methods and equipment
- Researching, developing, and documenting data and knowledge related to Gates' products, materials and technologies.
- Providing technical support to customers, suppliers and other Gates departments in their product related projects.
- Technical reporting and generation of intellectual property.
- University degree in mechanical, chemical or materials engineering or equivalent,
- Up to 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities with strong curiosity
- Knowledge and usage of quality tools: FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, PPAP,
- Strong mathematics skills including calculus and statistics,
- Basic knowledge of ISO:9001 and IATF norms,
- Basic knowledge and usage of CAD tools,
- Materials engineering knowledge with focus on rubber, technical textiles, cords and rubber composites would be additional benefit,
- Fluency in English and conversational in Polish
