- Timely and accurate processing of incoming standard requests according to Business Partner maintenance process documentation.
- Validation of incoming requests according to correctness, integrity and necessity.
- Comply with Master Data standards and procedures.
- Follow-up and escalation of identified issues.
- University degree or studies in progress (4,5 year)
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written English and German as must (B2+)
- Willingness to learn Power Automate or relevant tools on foundation level
- Willingness to learn Power BI or relevant tools on foundation level
- Basic MS Office - especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems as beneficial.
- Analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently, dedication and accuracy, motivation and organizational skills, eager to learn, good communication skills and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility.
