- At least two years of experience in Product Management
- A track of record of managing B2B products, ideally in the AdTech space
- A knack for solving problems
- Creative, proactive, and a self-starter
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Communicative English and Polish (spoken and written).

Critical to success in this role will be building and maintaining communication loops between local engineering teams, customers, stakeholders, marketing, project management, and commercial teams across time zones. The CTV team is a major area of focus, and you will get to help lead the largest growth opportunity for OpenX.The ideal candidate is a person who takes ownership, dives deep into topics, and thinks independently.
