About us: GuideVision, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, is a fast-growing consulting and technology services company. We specialise in enterprise service management with an exclusive focus on the Now Platform.
Your main responsibilities and challenges:
· Responsible for delivering solutions from start to finish (until successful usage on PROD)
· Leading the team (from technical or delivery point of view)
· Able to step into the role of tech leader or workstream leader if needed
· Responsible for the team's output and quality
· Helping other ServiceNow Consultants
· Presenting ServiceNow features, demos, performing pre-sales presentations
· Identifying customers' real needs and offering solutions
· Proposing solutions based on ServiceNow modules and features
What we expect from you:
· Experience with ServiceNow - more than 3 years on projects
· Experience in Tech Leader or WorkStream Leader role - more than 9 months
· Knowledge of all ServiceNow capabilities (not only core features)
· Experience doing code reviews
· Proficiency of US and release process, experience with upgrades
· Very good knowledge of JavaScript, scripting and Glide API
· Very good technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules
· Knowledge of ITIL processes and the ability to apply them
· Very good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills including the ability to convey technical information using non-technical language
· Fluency in English
