Job summary
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Process Specialist who will process routine Purchase Requisitions and manage free-text requisitions. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to meet deadlines, and have customer service skills.Responsibilities
- Processing routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval)
- Managing routine free-text requisitions where no competitive bidding is required
- Amending or closing Purchase Orders
- Customer focused service towards the client
- Transmitting POs to suppliers and expediting delivery when needed/requested
