- Definition, update and deployment of process standards in all entities of the considered perimeter;
- Deployment support about technologies and standards to each sites (worldwide);
- Experts identification within global Process team, skills development, training and grow up within his related domain Process Network;
- Evaluate process technology on the market and animate new process activities;
- Contribute in cost evaluation and cost optimization activities for production equipment in different project phases;
- Create and ensure compliance with Design for Manufacturing principles and support through all product development stages;
- Contribution to Quality analysis and problem solving activities in projects and at plants.
- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering with technical focus;
- Several years of experience in manufacturing with Impregnation technology / hairpin technology for electric motors;
- Work experience in industrialization, start-up management or similar in automotive environment;
- Work expirience with international enviroment and enjoy work in multicultural teams;
- Fluency in English;
- Readiness for international travel;
- assertiveness, creativity, result orientation, organizational skills and communication skills round off your profile.
