- Leads and coordinates HAVI Supply Chain ESG project as Project Manager to prepare company to be compliant with all related requirements
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and consultants to define, implement, and maintain CSRD related Governance/Risk Management and Reporting requirements
- Develops, implements and monitors ESG strategies and programs that are aligned with company objectives and industry best practices and plays active role in developing HAVIs approach to maintain and develop our processes/tools and governance in the future
- Prepares reports and presentations on ESG performance metrics and progress for management, investors, authorities and other stakeholders
- Identifies ESG risks and opportunities, develops and implements actions to mitigate risks and create value
- Monitors the effectiveness of implementation the appropriate ESG management system (Policies, Process, Procedures and Guides) and provides for their updating in line with changes in laws, regulations and corporate directives
- Serves as a subject matter expert in ESG matters including various standards under this umbrella including but not limited to CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CDP, TCFD, CSDDD
- Acts as contact person within HAVI to other BUs and Enterprise level for ESG related matters
- Responds to ESG-related inquiries from customers and vendors, sharing subject matter expertise on relevant ESG topics and fostering positive relationships Benefits / Benefity
