- Configure the system into functional requirements and technical requirements & identify opportunities to simplify applications
- Compile specifications for development and technical implementation (e.g. reports, forms, interfaces & integration etc.)
- Document functionality, create application manuals and develop training materials
- Prepare work effort estimates for business requests, software change requests, system enhancements or projects
- Provide Support to end users, key users and subject matter experts by following Service Desk Processes and usage of the ticketing system
- Support Data Migration and Integration topics
- Fluent in English language
- 3-5 years of work experience in business analyst role in rolling out ERP systems (SAP beneficial, other ERP Systems welcome) in Production Planning
- Understanding of industrial / commercial business processes, mainly area of pertinence
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to travel depending on project requirements (at least 20%)
- Good general knowledge of IT systems and technologies
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
