    Opis

    Job Description:

    • Work with Dynamics 365 Power Platform Model-driven Apps and Power Automate.
    • Join Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to assist global brands and public organizations in implementing digital capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
    • Be part of a development team that uses the latest technologies, practices Agile Process, and Lean Software Engineering.
    • Promote effective communication and feedback culture within the team.
    • Embrace continuous learning and personal growth opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand customer needs and align solutions for long-term organizational fit.
    • Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and observation sessions.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to define business and functional requirements.
    • Generate and present innovative ideas to stakeholders based on platform capabilities.
    • Assist in building Product Backlog and documenting requirements in User Stories.
    • Work with Solution Architects and Developers to design solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

    Requirements:

    • Passionate about Dynamics 365 and Power Platform or experience with other CRM Cloud platforms.
    • Ability to translate business needs into great Customer Experiences.
    • Proficient in Agile methodology, project planning, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
    • Skilled in building strong client and colleague relationships.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.
