- Wsparcie w dążeniu do rozwoju platformy chroniącej prywatność poprzez badanie, projektowanie i wdrażanie kodu analitycznego, oraz ML, które pasują do danego paradygmatu
- Wdrażanie zintegrowanego oprogramowania komputerowego (np. NVFLARE, DataShield)
- Tworzenie szybkich przewodników dla analityków danych, wyjaśniające krok po kroku, np.: jak przekonwertować kod scentralizowany na federacyjny
- Projektowanie wdrażanie przepływów pracy użytkowników w środowisku federacyjnym (w tym na poziomie sieci)
- Pomoc w opracowywaniu i stosowaniu skryptów federacyjnych analitycznych/notebooków dla analiz RWD/klinicznych
- Aktywna współpraca z naukowcami zajmującymi się danymi PDD/PHC/RWD w celu zaprojektowania i pomocy w tworzeniu planu analizy statystycznej zgodnie z protokołem naukowym w środowisku federacyjnym
- Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
- Dobra znajomość obszarów Data Science, oraz przepływów pracy związanych z multi-modal datasets
- Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu modeli ML i zarządzaniu cyklem życia, w szczególności w budowaniu, testowaniu, mierzeniu i wdrażaniu modeli uczenia maszynowego w produkcji
- Znajomość takich pojęć jak: walidacja krzyżowa, śledzenie eksperymentów, testy statystyczne; scikit Learn, xgboost itp.
- Znajomość takich technologii jak: Python/R, Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch ML, TensorFlow ML, Matplotlib, Jupyter, Git, podstawy Bash/Linux
