Your Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ITIL Foundation certification ; advanced certifications are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role , preferably in IT or service management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes , especially in the area of knowledge management.
Experience with knowledge management systems and tools such as Confluence and Jira is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills in German , both written and verbal.
Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team player and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
