    JOIN OUR TEAM

    As Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator, you'll have the chance to enhance and oversee the IT infrastructure at our European Logistics Centre in Robakowo near Poznań, while leading and developing the IT team. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring the smooth operation of systems, software, and the computer network, and implementing enhancements and solutions to meet business requirements. This role is unlimited.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Perform as Support Agent on the Atlassian Jira Service Desk
    • Handle IT infrastructure hardware and software maintenance and support
    • Provide 2nd/3rd Level support for IT Support Technicians (Win/Mac/Android/iOS)
    • Offer 1st Level support with IT Support Technicians (as Backup Man-Power)
    • Administer LAN and WLAN with our Network Engineers
    • Manage machine/Mobile device and automation (JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
    • Oversee Hyper-V/Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365 platform administration
    • Lead Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Optimization, and Engineering
    • Handle Google Cloud Services (G-Suite/Workplaces) provisioning and administration
    • Administer shared Folder/Printers and network attached storage devices (NAS)
    • Utilize PowerShell/PowerApps for automation of complex or repetitive management tasks
    • Manage local Analog/Digital Telephony (VoIP) with 3rd party providers
    • Develop process and support manuals for IT support staff and employees
    • Supervise small to medium size IT projects

    YOU COME WITH

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in the mentioned responsibilities
    • Knowledge of operational security practices for IT environments
    • A passion for learning, documenting, and assisting people with IT matters
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory)
    • Complete technical or university-level education in the IT field (mandatory)
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft Servers configuration and administration (a plus)
    • Technical knowledge and skills of Microsoft certifications (a plus)
    • Experience in working with or in Agile Software Development teams (a plus)
