    CEE Regional Facilities Manager

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for overseeing a small and medium-sized team implementing all customer commitments in countries Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden.

    Responsibility for delivering soft FM services including managing supply chain cleaning, greenery, beverage, reception etc. on sites in Poland Warsaw and d and remotely in others countries.

    Demonstrate a strong analytical and problem solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain and growth where you will work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines.

    Establish effective business relationships with the customer, and interact with client personnel at all levels.

    Participate and contribute to the overall service and financial performance of CBRE through collaboration with other business unit leaders.

    Review and analyze complex financial / business reports / data and generates innovative solutions / corrective action plans and oversee the health, safety, security & environmental aspects of the delivery of facilities management ensuring statutory compliance is maintained at all time.

    Responsibility for a dispersed team on multiple sites across region, providing formal supervision to employees.

    Prioritize open issues and tasks, working closely with both internal and client cross-functional teams.

    Implementing best practices resulting from the FM experience.

    Requirements

    Based in Warsaw or d.

    Eager to new challenges and develop skills.

    Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate or related with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

    Proficient in English and Polish languages for written/verbal communications, in both technical and business settings.

    Experience in managing workplace and team.

    Strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Proficiency on Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, Return on Investments, cash flow proformas.

    Ability to create international team spirit and to enhance inclusion & diversity

    Demonstrates an ability to lead a team and encourage their growth. Ability to lead in a matrix led organization is also preferable.
