- Obszar projektowy jest odpowiedzialny za dostarczanie rozwiązań IT w obszarach szeroko pojętej elektryczności/elektromobilności.
- Projekt jest w aktualnie w fazie rozwoju, aplikacja działa od ponad 3 lat na rynku skandynawskim, ale w planach jest wprowadzenie jej w kolejnych krajach.
- Zespoły składają się z deweloperów Backend, Fullstack i Mobile oraz Analityka i Testera (łącznie po 7-8 osób).
- Praca zespołu oparta jest o metodykę Scrum; długość sprintów - 2 tygodnie
- Zespół kładzie się nacisk na jakość rozwiązań poprzez TDD, SOLID, BDD, DRY, stosowanie dobrych praktyk typu clean code, code review.
- Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Architekta
- Minimum 10 lat doświadczenia jako programista Java
- Dobre zrozumienie zarządzania produktem, zasad agile oraz metodologii rozwoju oprogramowania
- Zdolność do proponowania i szacowania finansowego wpływu alternatywnych rozwiązań
- Zdolność do szybkiego zrozumienia funkcji i możliwości nowych technologii
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
- Przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na wykonalne projekty architektoniczne, uwzględniając szeroki zakres produktów, projektów, usług, systemów oraz potrzeb niefunkcjonalnych
- Projektowanie rozwiązań w bliskiej współpracy z innymi architektami, kierownikami produktów, product ownerami i programistami
