PKO BP otwiera rekrutację zewnętrzną na rolę Senior UI/UX Designer w specjalizacji UX Writing / Content Design.
UX/UI Designer
Twój zakres obowiązków
- projektowanie microcopy i treści UX dla kluczowych flow bankowości (np. logowanie/MFA, formularze, błędy, statusy, powiadomienia)
- współpraca z UX/UI, analitykami, dev/QA i prawnikiem: doprecyzowanie wymagań, warianty treści, domykanie akceptacji
- tworzenie i utrzymanie księgi stylu UXW oraz patternów komunikatów
- praca na artefaktach w Figmie (warianty komponentów tekstowych)
- powiązanie pracy z backlogiem (Jira) oraz dokumentacja (Confluence)
- wsparcie wdrożenia: dopracowanie treści pod edge-case'y, ograniczenia techniczne i compliance
Nasze wymagania
- minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w UX Writing / Content Design
- projektowanie treści UXW end-to-end (od wymagań do wdrożenia i utrzymania)
- tworzenie prostych, zrozumiałych treści we współpracy z UX/UI, analitykami i prawnikami
- budowa i utrzymanie księgi stylu UXW (tone of voice, zasady prostego języka, patterny komunikatów)
- negocjacje i argumentacja z interesariuszami (biznes / prawo / IT)
- praca w narzędziach: Figma, Jira, Confluence
- znajomość polskiego rynku bankowego (bankowość indywidualna)
- wykorzystanie AI w pracy z treścią
- doświadczenie w Agile/Scrum/Kanban
