    TWOJA ROLA

    • Realizowanie planu sprzedaży w oparciu o współpracę z powierzonymi klientami.
    • Budowanie, rozwijanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z klientami.
    • Negocjowanie warunków handlowych oraz bieżącej współpracy z klientami.
    • Odpowiedzialność za bieżącą współpracę, dbanie o wysoką jakość relacji, wprowadzanie nowości oraz planowanie i egzekucję promocji.
    • Organizowanie i kontrolowanie realizacji promocji konsumenckich u powierzonych klientów.
    • Udział w planowaniu budżetu działu oraz kontrola jego wykorzystania w kontekście powierzonych klientów.
    • Współpraca międzydziałowa.
    • Kontrola egzekucji należności od powierzonych klientów.

    TWOJE UMIEJĘTNOŚCI

    • Minimum dwa lata doświadczenia zawodowego na podobnym stanowisku, preferowane na rynku FMCG.
    • Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu negocjacji z klientami.
    • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.
    • Umiejętność nawiązywania i budowania długotrwałych, partnerskich relacji z klientami zewnętrznymi i wewnętrznymi.
    • Wielozadaniowość oraz zdolność samodzielnego prowadzenia projektów.
    • Rozwinięte zdolności analityczne, zawansowana znajomość Excel.
    • Motywacja do realizacji wyznaczonych celów i chęć ciągłego rozwoju.
    • Komunikatywność oraz zdolność do efektywnej współpracy z różnorodnymi osobami.
    • Energia w działaniu oraz kreatywność w poszukiwaniu nowych możliwości i rozwiązywaniu problemów.
