- Action as subject matter expert for OTC and FSCM processes
& platform capabilities. - Maintain up-to-date platform documentation
& localized training materials aligned with approved BRD (Business Requirements Document).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related studies.,
Relevant experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment.
