We are looking for people with knowledge of finance and accounting basics to join the Billing team. Currently, the team has 50 specialists.

The Billing team deals with invoicing, billing of projects in particular verification of working time, contracts, rates, customer orders, acceptance protocols.

Working on reports based on BI technology, we verify revenues and costs on projects and the correctness of data in systems.

We offer implementation including processes and work in the system.

Your tasks

Control and recording of contracts and orders
Control of settlements with subcontractors
Data entry and control in ERP system
Issuing sales invoices to customers in accordance with the terms of contracts and orders
Accounting for working time on projects
Creating statements and reports for the needs of the sales department and customers, data analysis
Cooperation with the sales department in accounting for projects for clients and other departments of the company
Accounting for provisions and bank statements

Requirements

Higher education in the field (administration, finance, accounting, etc.).
Good knowledge of Excel
Communicative knowledge of English
Very good organization of work
Analytical mind
Communicativeness, openness, pleasant disposition, dynamism in action
High personal culture, accuracy and regularity
Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language

Nice to have

Experience working in a similar position or in an administrative/financial area
