Currently we are seeking a professional to join us as in the Head of Value-Added Services (Ancillaries) in Growth Department.

The objective of this role is to develop and refine the strategy for enhancing user value.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ancillary product monetization (VAS, ancillaries), growth, or digital product commercialization.
Hands-on experience in designing and scaling value-added services, premium products, add-ons, bundles, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
Proven ability to identify new revenue streams and to negotiate and close contracts with external partners.
Experience in developing both in-house products and implementing partnerships with third-party providers.

Strong understanding of key metrics such as LTV, ARPU, CAC payback, adoption, and retention, and their impact on growth strategy.

Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, CRM, and data teams, as well as external partners.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment, make data-driven decisions, and lead experimental testing initiatives.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1+).

Responsibilities

Value-Added Products (Ancillaries):
Own the strategy and execution of monetization through value-added services, digital add-ons, and ancillary revenue streams.
Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities – both via external partnerships and proprietary product development.
Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with external partners offering complementary services or embedded features.
Define, test, and optimize premium product offerings across user segments and lifecycle stages.
Drive cross-sell and upsell within the product experience, leveraging behavioral and transactional data.
Explore bundled services, contextual monetization opportunities, and embedded financial features that enhance user value.
Collaborate with product, data, marketing, and external partners to scale and distribute VAS offerings efficiently.

Go-To-Market and Revenue Strategy:
Work closely with Marketing and Retention teams to design compelling positioning, messaging, and activation strategies for VAS products.
Monitor key monetization KPIs (LTV, ARPU, attach rate, conversion) and iterate based on insights and experiments.
Lead commercial analysis of new VAS concepts and evaluate business cases for launch.

Product & Partner Collaboration:
Collaborate with product managers and UX teams to embed monetization mechanisms within the product journey.
Identify and manage relationships with third-party providers and strategic partners to expand the VAS portfolio.
Ensure that monetization efforts are aligned with user needs, retention strategy, and long-term brand positioning.

Subscription:
Model Design subscription strategies including pricing, tiering, benefits, and upgrade/downgrade paths.
Optimize LTV and ARPU through development of premium offerings and bundling strategies.
Analyze behavioral data to maximize subscription-based revenue.
